Services

We do not provide, own or control any of the services that you can access through Our Website, such as carwash, gaming centers etc. The Services are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the “Service Providers”) directly. The Service providers are responsible for the services. Your interaction with any Service Provider accessed through Our Website is at your own risk and Bookkizee does not have any responsibility, should anything go wrong with your booking due to the breach of any factors of the service provider or / breakdown of the equipments of the service provider or the delay in service rendered to you including uncontrollable factors like natural calamities. Meanwhile we will try our best, within our control and limits, to avoid any problems arising with service providers. Services are provided on the basis of facility and equipment availability. Bookkizee.com reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. Bookkizee hosts no services, including prices, made available by or obtained from Service Providers. Since Bookkizee has no control over the Services and does not verify the content uploaded by the Service Providers, it is not possible for us to guarantee the prices displayed on Our Website. Price changes constantly and additional charges (e.g.GST, payment fees, services charges, local taxes and fees) may apply, so you should always check whether the price asked for a booking is the one you expected.

Booking through BOOKKIZEE

If you make a booking through Our Website for Services, that booking is made with the Service Provider named on the booking page and Our Website only acts as a user interface. Accordingly Bookkizee has no responsibility for the booking because Bookkizee has no involvement in creating the description of the services, in defining the price and any fees, and in providing the services that you book. If you have any issues or disputes about your booking and/or the Service, you agree to address and resolve these with the Service Provider and not with us.

Warranty disclaimer

Our Website, all content and services provided on Our Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our content is largely generated in an automated fashion; errors can and do happen. We usually have many search results, but we are not comprehensive and do not display all available providers and offers. Our liability is limited

Bookkizee shall not be responsible for any dispute/ dissatisfaction/ delinquency or quality of service provided/offered by the Service Provider and the subscriber. No claim or refund of the advanced amount will be entertained.

Service Fees

Bookkizee is not charging any fees from you. The amount collected as advance will be transferred to the concerned Service Provider.

Privacy

The Bookkizee.com Privacy Policy sets out our obligations with respect to the safeguarding, collection and use of users personal information. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking fully or partially anytime before the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. Bookkizee.com, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees shall in no way be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the Service or of our website.

In any event Bookkizee.com will not be held liable for any damages or economic loss, whatsoever, as a result of notifying any official of potentially illegal content on your website, or for providing copies of your data files to the appropriate authorities or cooperating with law enforcement efforts to locate persons who have posted content that is illegal or promotes illegal conduct.

This agreement is read either in whole or in part and will be construed as per the laws of the country.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, as may be updated from time to time and posted at Terms & Conditions, represents the complete agreement and understanding between us with respect to the Service and supersedes any other written or oral agreement prior to this agreement.

Each time the booking is done, its your liability to go through the agreement and conform to the clauses of this agreement on the date of booking.
